This is a key part of our business law practice as we receive far
more enquiries about employment law than any other area of business
law. Our senior partner has over thirty years’ experience
in this field. In addition to advising clients as they approach
us, we act as external employment law advisers to a variety of businesses,
offering on the spot and, if necessary, over the telephone immediate
advice on employment law problems. If you are suddenly faced with
the need for a suspension, or with being suspended, for example,
we can give immediate telephone advice without you having to make
an appointment and come to see us.
We are particularly experienced in dealing with all aspects of
dismissals, redundancies and negotiation of severance packages and
compensation and the related tax issues. We have substantial experience
in Employment Tribunals all over the south of England, and even
in South Wales, and can handle all employment related litigation.
We keep business clients updated by a monthly newsletter, which
heavily focuses on employment law developments, although also covering
other legal developments affecting businesses.
